Problems of the development of Civil Society in Oil-producing countries: a lecture given to an invited audience, Azerbaijan, June 2006

In June 2006, William Arthurs was invited to give a lecture in Nabran, Azerbaijan on the problems of the development of civil society in oil-producing countries.
